Welcome to Mrs. Greene and Mr. Wheeler's British Literature Class!

We've completed the first week of school!

To date you have received your syllabus, syllabus acknowledgement (due back signed by both parent and student), introduction to the semester.  We have begun by spending time getting familiar with what literature is in our textbook and what we will be studying for this semester.  We begin our Anglo-Saxon Unit delving into the ancient past when warriors fought to protect their land against foreign invaders and monsters lurked among the dark moors!

Mr. Wheeler and I will also be posting handouts, studyguides and PowerPoint presentations on this website so that you can access them for additional help or print additional copies.  Please don't hesitate to contact either of us with questions or to advise if you will be out of school for any reason.  Mrs. Greene:  nena.greene@cobbk12.org or jeffrey.wheeler@cobbk12.org

A note about attendance:

Your daily attendance is critical to your successful completion of this course, which is required to graduate.  Keeping up will be very difficult if you are absent or tardy, and the make-up policy of completing all missed work within five school-days of returning is strictly enforced.

Check here frequently for homework assignments, test dates, and other important information.

We look forward to a successful and exciting semester!   Mrs. Greene and Mr. wheeler
